The tea leaves are harvested, fermented, culled, twisted, roasted, and then brewed with strict regulations on water quality, water temperature, brewing time, brewing process and temperature to ensure the perfection of each cup of tea. The tea broth is golden in color and has a rich, fruity flavor that goes well with brown sugar bubbles, taro puree, fresh local fruits and any other ingredients.
